About the Role

You will be the company’s first growth hire and will own the full growth funnel – from user acquisition to user activation and retention. You will work within the Product team and report to the CEO. We are looking for past or future founders who are looking for an opportunity to build from a blank slate and own an integral part of our GTM strategy.


  • Own the full growth funnel, from initial customer acquisition to retention and expansion
  • Develop and execute strategies for customer acquisition through paid channels
  • Analyze and optimize customer journeys to enhance conversion rates and reduce churn.
  • Partner with product marketing and creative to guide the content required to execute your user acquisition strategies. Collaborate on the development of compelling creatives, landing pages, and messaging to drive customer engagement and acquisition.
  • Develop and maintain regular reporting on growth KPIs, campaign performance, and key insights. Present findings to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations for future initiatives.


  • Experience building and testing growth channels
  • Fluency with performance marketing strategies and analytics
  • Highly quantitative
  • Creative problem solver with a bias towards action
  • Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience with A/B testing platforms and methodologies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

 Bonus Points

  • Technical capabilities – ideally proficient in SQL and Python
  • Experience as a product owner or growth engineer
  • Familiarity with the real estate ecosystem

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary Range: $120,000-$150,000
  • Equity: 10-15 bps
  • Medical, Dental and Vision
